"Linda and Travis are so courteous and helpful! My mom needed a new battery for one of her hearing aids. They promptly sent it in with a speedy return. Linda even brought over her pair, after syncing them in between appointments, while my mom was having her nails done 2 doors down. Talk about customer service."

"I was worried about my hearing because I partially lost the hearing in my left ear. I went to PurTone Hearing Center and had my hearing checked by Travis Belnap. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He didn’t find anything wrong however, he said if it happened again to go to an ENT and take the paperwork he gave me. Travis is an awesome man and I would definitely recommend him!"
