Our Team
Travis Belnap
Owner | Hearing Aid Specialist
“I was born and raised right here in Glendale, Arizona. I love anything and everything about sports, whether it is participating or watching with family and friends. I grew up going (and still enjoy) hiking and camping with my family and friends all around the wonderful areas of Arizona.
I have been a Hearing Instrument Specialist for over 15 years. Over that time, I have had the opportunity to work with and help many individuals who suffer from hearing loss. My mother has a hearing loss, as do several of my aunts, uncles, and a niece. It is something that is near and dear to my heart, and I want and hope every person that visits the office knows that we care and we are there to help.”
Linda Smith
Office Manager
“I am a native of Arizona and have stayed here with my husband to raise our two wonderful children. My family is the most important thing in my life. I started in the hearing industry working for my uncle in his clinic over 20 years ago.
After he retired, I moved around to a few other hearing practices because I wanted to stay in the industry and continue to help those with their hearing needs. I knew Travis from a previous practice where we worked alongside each other. When Travis was looking for a new front office team member, we both were excited to work alongside each other. We both enjoy helping clients with their hearing needs and try to ensure that “customer service” is never lost in the practice.”

No Surprises Act
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
- You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services that are reasonably expected at the time of scheduling. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
- For patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance, make sure your provider provides a Good Faith Estimate of scheduled services in writing at least 1 business day before the medical service or item.
- You can also ask any provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
- If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
- Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
